How do you ship heavy, bulky tents securely? Tents contain delicate aluminum poles and heavy-duty fabrics that require secure transport. Every Lunestique order is packed tightly within a heavy-duty, water-resistant oxford carrying bag, wrapped in protective layering, and shipped inside a thick, crush-resistant corrugated box to ensure it arrives completely pristine and ready for the wild.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Are Lunestique tents fully waterproof? Yes, 100%. Our tents utilize high-grade ripstop fabrics treated with a minimum of 2000mm to 3000mm polyurethane (PU) waterproof coatings, paired with a heavy-duty bathtub-style floor, keeping you completely isolated from wet ground and heavy rainfall.

How do I clean and store my tent after a trip? To maximize your tent's lifespan, always pitch it and shake out any dirt or debris after your trip. Clean the fabric using a soft sponge, warm water, and mild soap—never machine wash or dry clean. Most importantly, ensure the tent is 100% bone-dry before folding and storing it in its bag to prevent mold and mildew build-up.

Does the tent come with all necessary accessories? Yes! Every Lunestique tent arrives as a complete kit, including the tent body, waterproof rainfly, lightweight aluminum poles, ultra-sturdy stakes, high-visibility guy lines, and a durable compression carrying bag.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy? We want you to camp with absolute confidence. We accept returns on completely unused, un-pitched tents in their original, pristine condition and factory packaging within 30 days of delivery.
